rosé is synonymous with summer, which is why were dedicating an entire dinner to this warm-weather wine. best when enjoyed young, this pink-hued wine gets its color from maceration of the skin and the juice for a short time. the youthful vivacity and fresh, ripe strawberry and cherry flavors result in the wines being refreshing and lively. we have selected four of our favorite rosés to pair perfectly with a menu crafted by chef bradley ceynowa.
