Petrus Beer School: Aging & Sour Blending Seminar!
Owner Albert De Brabandere and Brewmaster Yves Benoit will host an exclusive Petrus Beer School focused on Aging & Sour Blending! $25 includes your beer for blending seminar and a signature Petrus Glass. (but don't forget to tip your server!)
Beer School will be held at iTap Central West End, on the 3rd floor, at 8pm. Please check in by 7:45pm.
Tickets are Limited; no refunds will be given after the event.
About Brouwerij De Brabandere:
In August 1894 Adolphe De Brabandere, farmer at the "Hof ter Koutere" submitted an application with the town council of Bavikhove for permission to build a brewery. One of his children, Joseph De Brabandere, concocted that very same year his very first brew. Today they continue the family run business and produce some of your favorite Belgian Beers including the Wittekerke & Petrus family of beers.
