Weapon Safety
Military/Police Postures (proper stances, standing, kneeling, prone)
Walking Drills
Stacking Drills
Intro to Room Entering and Clearing
Replicas will be provided for your use
*Warm-ups begin at 12:15. Dress to move layers recommended. Be sure to bring water!
