Get Cultured: The J's Arts & Culture Event for People in their 20s and 30s
Join us to hear from local Israeli artist Anat Ronen! She completed her first large scale project in 2009, which consisted of four murals on the Galveston Causeway, each 90 feet long. Since then, she has completed more than 500 larger and smaller scale murals on highways, commercial spots, schools, churches, and has participated in international and national street art and street painting festivals.
Anat tells her inspiring story of becoming a world renowned artist from scratch. Her journey from being a very average office worker to being invited to festivals and projects all over the world is wrapped in 8 short years without any former education.
