Leftover Cuties
Last nights set left me with chills. The way the bands notes slide around, veering on the precipice, like theyre about to fall off the cliff, and the way McAllen achieves such emotional depth with such nuance and subtlety from her accompanying bandmates made for an inspiring performance. GRAMMY.COM
Theyve had placement in major ads and shows including the theme song for the Showtime series The Big C and the 2012 Olympics Samsung ad and have generated over 3 million YouTube views. Notable performances include California Worldfest, KCRW, Musikfest, El Rey Theater, Carnival w/ Straight No Chaser, Denver Uke Fest, Alaska Center for the Arts.
