Bacon Social House and Ratio Brewing present the first beer and bacon pairing of our summer series. This will be a 5 course menu (see full menu below) with appropriate beer pairings. The menu is prepared by our executive chef Brian Crow and paired by our teams. Brian and Hunter (from Ratio) will be explaining the courses as they come out and will be there to answer any questions you may have.
As a thank you for coming we will be giving out a free glass from the brewery as well as a Bacon Social House t-shirt with every ticket purchased. We are only selling 30 tickets so be sure to get yours today!

Welcome Course
Oyster on the Half Shell with Shallot Mignonette
Beer: Domestica (American Standard Ale 4.9%)
1st Course
Watermelon Carpaccio
blistered shishito peppers, cilantro, feta, raddish sprouts, and lime vinaigrette
Beer: Dear You (French Saison 5.5%)
2nd Course
Scallop Crudo
strawberry puree, pineapple lime juice, basil oil, habanero bacon, and fennel fronds
Beer: New Wave (Strawberry Berliner-Weiss 4.0%)

BBQ Pork Belly
avocado puree, arugula salad, and orange gastrique
Beer: Repeater (Extra Pale Ale 6.1%)
4th Course
Lamb Rack Lollipops
moroccan spiced, parmesan polenta, sauteed mustard greens, and carmelized shallot demi
Beer: Antidote (India Pale Ale 7.0%)
5th Course
Cherry Chocolate Creme Brule
Beer: Hold Steady (Chocolate Rye Scotch Ale 7.5%)
