Catherine McGee - short meditation course: Passion and Dispassion - A path of Equanimity and Aliveness
This course is about developing our ability to use the blessings of both passion and dispassion in the context of our meditation practice and in the joys and challenges of our daily life. The word passion refers to the juice, vitality and fire that we so enjoy and can often get caught up with. Dispassion refers to a cooling quality of freedom that enables us not to get caught up in things. In this course we will explore our experience of both qualities and how to balance them. We will ask what we might need to include, nurture and heal to help us live a life committed to our deepest values.

The course will be suitable for experienced practitioners and newer practitioners who already have a grounding in the basics of Insight meditation. If you would like to come on a short Introduction to Meditation course first please contact us at: teacherledcoursebimg@gmail.com
