Anger!
Too angry, or can't get angry? Or just interested?
Then this is the workshop for you. This 2 hour session will introduce you to working with Anger. I will talk a little about anger and some of the traditional methods used in Anger Management to keep it under control.
Then there will be the opportunity to work with some emotional expression exercises, on your own and with others. Be guided to fully express anger in a safe setting allows those who feel they're "too angry" to feel peaceful and relaxed. And for those who feel they "can't get angry" to feel more empowered and able to say "No" to what they don't want.
I hold a Diploma in Anger Management and have been leading Anger workshops and working one-to-one with clients for 5 years.
