1. A Dedicated And Passionate Community of Performers, Capturing Your Heart And Entrancing Your Mind - BellyDance Performers are some of the most dedicated and driven dancers you will ever meet, inspiring viewers, just like you. With their hypnotic movements, you'll be taken across continents as the dancers bring you into the world of bellydance during this theatrical part of the evening.
2. DELKASH DANCERS "Solo Creations" - Over the past 4 years these members have studied with many world-renowned Instructors, have traveled across the country in search of knowledge on this Art form, and have allowed themselves to be guided by their Director and pushed into new creative spaces within themselves. During this showcase each of the current Delkash Dancers Troupe Members, including myself (Sarah), will present a piece we have worked this past quarter on. The last 3 months have been a celebration of the soloist, the artist within, drawing her out through emotions and movement. The dancers have specifically chosen their music and each woman has a story she is telling through her performance. This is Art in Motion.
3. ALL-NEW Dances Using Feather Fans, Swords, and even Umbrellas...- American Theatrical Middle-Eastern style dance is all about great spectacle, and these dances will deliver spectacle in spades! In addition to the lavish costumes and talented dancers, the stage will come alive with these crowd-pleasing artistic props that enhance the choreography in ways beyond belief. You won't want to miss these exciting new dances during this one-night-only extravaganza!
4. Aerial Artist "Silks" Dance - One of the latest additions to BellyDanceGR's class offerings is the Aerial Silks, offered by Director of Bangarang Circus, Rachel Finan. With her incredible strength, grace and flexibility, Rachel will take you on a unique and emotionally powerful journey through her individual expression of Silk Dancing.
