Surf And Turf Grilling Class Under the Stars
Wednesday June 29th, 7pm 9:30pm, Bradford Bath & Tennis Club
Join us for a night of grilling under the stars at beautiful Bradford Bath & Tennis Club.
Learn the secrets of the steakhouse (albeit in an outdoor setting) as we show you how to perfectly prepare a sizzling and mouthwatering steak. There will be some shrimp surf to accompany your steak turf.
Making full use of Bradford's grills for our meal, we will make a chargrilled Romaine salad as an appetizer and finish with grilled fruit.
In true MCA tradition, after preparing our steak feast we will all sit down and enjoy the meal together, so all you need to bring is your appetite and some red wine!
