Creative Art Journal Making Workshop
Join us for an energizing day of creative play. You will create a personalized journal using re-claimed materials, including cardboard, paintings, yarn, twine, fabric, and elements from nature. I will guide you through the group process. Experimentation with materials and supportive writing prompts will open up self-exploration, insight about your life journey, and resiliency against stress.
The simple process is one you can easily share with others at work, at home or with friends. The workshop is perfect for therapists, teachers, parents, writers, art journalers and more.
