Bar Board Workshop (aka Fancy Pants Snacks)
Impress the pants off your friends and learn how to make a a perfect BAR BOARD that you can serve at parties, bring to a potluck or simply park on the coffee table for movie night at home.
With Chef Matthew Miller we'll make a lovely chicken liver paté, homemade quick pickles, an herbed cheese spread and über fancy gougères (french cheesy poofs).
While we work in the kitchen, we'll sip wine and enjoy some tasty snacks prepared to impress you. It's all about impressing people, right?

Class includes:
-2.5 hours of instruction and hands on cooking
- all recipes
- patés and other snacks to take home to share
- wine tastings and fancy snacks
Class is $70 and participants must be 21+
