Maddy's Dumpling House pop-ups have returned and just in time for the amazing produce popping up at the Farmer's Market!
Friday, June 17, Chefs Chrissy and Adam are whipping up a whimsically delicious 5 course meal. We are on a determined path to open a brick and mortar joint, so we are delighted to be showcasing dishes that would be found on the menu. As the seasons change, so will the food. Luckily, we are in the best season to cook!
First, a barrage of non-traditional dumplings.
Second, a "salad."
Third and Fourth, larger, not dumpling dishes.
Fifth, MDH ice cream sandwich.
Thank you again for supporting us in the past and future. We hope to make Maddy's Dumpling House a reality, and we cannot express how much your support means to us!
