2nd Anniversary Flanders Style Red Ale Bottle Release
ABOUT THE BEER:
2nd Anniversary Flanders Style Red Ale (5.6% ABV)
We filled our first two barrels with this Flanders Style Red Ale before we even opened. Over the past two years, its maturing has mirrored Council's growth and has developed into a beer we are proud of releasing. Unique Brett characteristics of tart cherry pie and leather have developed as a result of the long aging process from locally sourced red wine barrels. The complex malt bill provides caramel and dried currant notes to contrast with the bright acidity from Lacto and Pedio. Please enjoy in a tulip glass and reflect on the past two years with us.
Limited Release of 200 bottles. Limit (1) bottle per person.
BOTTLE PURCHASE DETAILS:
Pre-Sale Option: June 1st (12pm)-June 5th(10pm) Only available for 2nd Anniversary Celebration VIP ticket holders who purchased their tickets prior to June 1st.
General Sale: June 6th (12pm)-June 10th (10pm) Available to general public irregardless if attending the anniversary party.
BOTTLE PICK UP DATES - June 11th, 2016 - July 9th, 2016. You must purchase tickets to the 2nd Anniversary Party on Saturday June 11th, to pick up your bottle on the bottle release day. If you cannot attend the celebration, you can pick up your bottle starting on June 13th. Bottles not picked up by July 9th, 2016 will be surrendered back to Council Brewing Co. No Refunds. No exceptions.
RELEASE PARTY:
On Saturday, June 11th, 2016, we invite you to join us for an outdoor celebration with two years of Council beers in the tasting room and several pouring stations in the adjacent parking lot. We will have 15+ Barrel Aged Beers including, 1st Anniversary House Red and House White, 2nd Anniversary Flanders Red, Bully Drop IIIPA, Beatitude Tart Saisons, and our Flagship Beers.(2nd Anniversary Party tickets are not included in the purchase price of the bottle.). Tickets are sold separately at: councilyear2.bpt.me.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Please use your name when purchasing the bottle. Only you may pick up the bottle. PROXIES are NOT allowed. You may not purchase a bottle under another person's name. To retrieve your bottle, you will be required to show your proof of purchase (your "Brown Paper Tickets" ticket) and/or valid ID for the purchase of alcohol and to ensure your name matches to your bottle purchase. Must be 21+ years of age to purchase alcohol.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please note that we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.
SHIPPING:
Council Brewing will not ship the bottles. Bottles must be retrieved at the tasting room during regular tasting room hours.
