wine tasting @ the bungo bar & kitchen
american wine tasting
on monday 4th of july we we will host our independence day wine tasting, we have five californian wines paired with a selection of american-style dishes:
white zinfandel, willowood, (california) - new england chowder and saltine crackers
pinot noir, parducci, (mendocino)- buffalo wings with ranch dressing
caubernet savignon, wente, (livermore valley, san francisco bay) - roasted butternut squash winter salad with maple and apple cider vinaigrette
cabernet sauvignon - flat iron steak with cilantro chimichurri, french fries, arugula,
zinfandel, paul dolan, (mendocino), organic - aged american cheddar
As the evening draws to a close you will be able to purchase any (or all!) of the wines you have sampled at a reduced rate.
