Please join us for another fabulous dinner prepared by very special guest, Chef Alex Hvratin!
Three Course Dinner Includes:
Johnnycake, salmon, grilled apricot
Salad Course:
Shaved vegetable salad (beets, carrot, radish and lettuce) with charred spring onion vinaigrette
Entree Course:
Roast Salmon, family style California grown rice, stir fried Napa Cabbage with larb, chili oil, Goma-ae
Dessert Course:
House made Matcha Eclairs with cherry and chocolate
