WeirDass and 15 Minutes (SF Improv Festival 2012)
Robert Dassie [Community, HBO's Funny or Die] and Stephnie Weir [Modern Family, Weeds, MADtv] are WeirDass, a husband and wife duo who use their shared experiences to inspire scenes, duologues and random asides in their long-form improvisations. Together they have performed across the states in Chicago, New York, Austin, and Portland as well as in Vancouver and Edinburgh, Scotland. They can often be seen performing at the IO West in Los Angeles.
"15 Minutes" is not your grandma's improv group unless your grandma is a hilarious weirdo with a penchant for bawdy jokes and toilet humor. Actually, if you have a grandma like that she should come have a beer with us. Performing in and around the Bay Area since 2004, "15 Minutes" has well surpassed its titular 15 minutes of fame. Our show is a no-holds-barred mix of long-form improv comedy and general idiocy. I bet you'll like it, or at least your awesome grandma will.
