Monarchs, Swallowtails, & More: Annual Butterfly Count
Each summer we count the butterflies flying through our forests and fields, collecting valuable data about butterflies in our region. So, become a citizen-scientist while learning the life histories of monarchs, swallowtails, cabbage whites, and many more. Were keeping a keen eye on our monarchs as they have been in rapid decline over the past few decades. Butterfly watchers of all levels welcome, especially beginners. $3 registration supports the North American Butterfly Associations citizen science efforts and butterfly counts.
