3 Week Acting INTENSIVE

DATES: The class will be Aug. 1-3, 8-10, 15-16 (Monday thru Wednesday)
Showcase on Aug. 17
Time: 2 hour class 5pm - 7pm
Ages: High School students between 8th (Graduating) -12th grade (Graduating)

We will focus on the following:

How to prepare
What to wear
How to look at text
How to choose a monologue
How to warm up before
How to walk into a room
How to handle Callbacks
Cold reads
2. What to do now that you have been cast
Character Charts for beginners
Actions
Objective
3. Resume/ Headshots
Layout
What to wear/ hair/ makeup
2 Headshots included (serious and smiling)
How to write your resume
4. Acting Games
Help with improv
Help get the actor into character
Cost: $175 per student
Class includes two headshots (serious/smiling), resume builder, end of workshop showcase.
We will be working on monologues and scenes.
