This intimate event gives guests the opportunity to share a meal with celebrated local Chef, Justin Beckett! The hot Summer sun isn't the only thing that makes Chef Beckett sweat. Find out how Chef handles smokin' hot peppers and spices in the kitchen, embarassing kitchen blunders, or the little things sous chefs do that really boils his blood!
Each dinner is only $75 and includes:
- Welcome beverage
- Glass of wine or draught beer

At each dinner, food blogger Joanie Simon of (JoanieSimon.com) will be on hand to lead the discussions which will focus on different aspects of life in the kitchen: the ins and outs of restaurant ownership, kitchen drama, and the inspiration behind the menus.
