Tape (A Play in a Hotel Room)
Tape is the story of three high school friends, who reunite ten years post-graduation in a Michigan hotel room. Vince is a drug dealing firefighter; Jon. a documentary filmmaker; and Amy, an assistant county prosecutor. As they explore their past relationships (and present identities), old wounds are torn open in a primal attempt to reconcile a deep resentment.
Our production will be performed IN a seedy hotel room in Hollywood. The audience will join the actors onstage and are encouraged to move freely in the space amongst the actors.
