Among the Stars Celebrations

The Shawnee Hills Wine-Grape Association announces the 2nd annual Among the Stars event, A Celebration of Shawnee Hills Grapes & Wines. Scheduled for June 11, 2016 from 3-8pm at StarView Vineyards, this festival will infuse a vineyard venue with homegrown flavor, growers and winemakers.

Savor a wide array of the Shawnee Hills Appellations great varietals from Chardonel to Chambourcin at the 2nd annual Among the Stars Festival. This event celebrates all things local and features only wines made from grapes grown in the Shawnee Hills American Viticultural Area.

Meet the passionate grape growers and winemakers behind your favorite wines and indulge in a variety of experiences, which can increase your knowledge, and enjoyment of the Shawnee Hills. The Among the Stars celebration will honor the Shawnee Hills distinctive character while bringing attention to the region and the seven commonly grown grape varietals / stars of the area.
