Surrounded by the natural beauty of Caponi Art Park, we will restore the spirit and connect deeper to nature as we tune into our breath and our body through movement and mindfulness. A class designed for any body and all levels of experience. Nourish and ground yourself on your mat and as you move on with your day. Bring a lunch and enjoy a picnic in the park after class!
