Enjoy a gourmet Franco-American buffet dinner, including French and Washington wines,especially prepared for us by Chef "T" Hemmard.

Le Menu: Leek, spinach & goat cheese tart; Salade Frisee with Blue Cheese & Cranberries; Chef's signature Peach Smoked Ribs; Creole Rice; Coq Au Vin; Ratatouille, Pommes de Terre Dauphinoise; Haricotes Verts with Pearl Onions; Gallettes des Fruits (I suggest we consider printing this in French and English.)

Enjoy the French Bistro music of Ms. Bonnie Burch; take a chance at winning a beautiful raffle basket; browse the silent auction table. Relax among MISCA friends, old and new.
