Company 9 Present 'Hunger'
A contemporary performance fusing physical theatre, live music and captivating visuals. Highlighting society's greed and material desires, and alluding to Vladimir De Thézier's post-human concept, 'Hunger' displays the haunting idea that when the last tree is cut, the last fish is caught, the last river is polluted, and to breathe the air is sickening, you will realise, too late, that wealth is not in bank accounts and that you can't eat money.
Nine people brought together by chance, in a time not far from our own. They're living in a glorified wasteland, with their only haven built by material obsession.
It's coming, and now we're worried...
