Montclair Culinary Academy Farm to Plate Vegetarian Cooking Class
Ever wonder what to cook with your CSA or Farmers Market bounty?
In June the fields in New Jersey are not yet ready with tomatoes or corn but the early summer harvest offers plenty of greens, beans beets, garlic scapes, herbs, strawberries and cherries. In this class, youll learn how to best use this early summer produce as we cook a three course vegetarian meal together. In true MCA fashion we will then sit down to eat this delicious dinner and maybe share a bottle of wine.
