Pies, Pies, Pies
Learn how to make Baked's classic seasonal fruit pies with decorative crust. In this class, you will learn to make flakey, versatile pie dough from scratch, two types of filling, how to properly assemble each pie, and how to decorate those pies using dough cutouts, braids and lattice work! Class will be taught by Baked's beloved, Melody Medina. The perfect class for all your summer baking!
Students will be provided with all of the necessary kitchen tools and ingredients, and will be able to take home two pies per person.
*Please wear comfortable clothing, close-toed shoes and a hat/bandana to cover your hairline.
