We are shutting down San Diego's largest restaurant to host a Geeky Beer Festival
Our annual celebration of nth-degree beer geekery is back for a fourth round, and this time all 66,000 square feet are dedicated to the convergence of geek culture and craft beer culture. More retro arcade games, more casks and more bars add up to a release party large enough to match the formidable Stone Farking Wheaton w00tstout. Hop-Con isn't about awkward handshakes, high-fives, selfies and autographs--just general and rampant merriment and geeky celebration full of great food and awesome craft beer.

We kicked off this addition to the festival last year by making use of new space we had acquired. This year we're taking over the entire 66,000 square-foot restaurant! This gives us more space to do games, spread things around and even incorporate our two-lane bocce court. We have contacted some indie-game developers about bringing some even more magic to the #HOPCADE. That's all were going to say for now; you'll just have to wait and see.
We'll have:
* Only IPAs on tap
* Vintage arcade machines
* Our oversized lawn games (Jenga, Connect Four, etc)
* Pinball machines
* Two-lane bocce court
* Specially fabricated beer barrel games made by Team Stone
* More to be announced!

Our festivals are meant to showcase amazing beers in a jovial setting for like-minded people to enjoy them. We work hard to make each one a positive experience for everyone. Your safety is in everybody's best interest; as such California law prohibits us to serve any obviously intoxicated guests.
