DInner with Chef Shane
Our Executive Chef, Shane Moore has called Alaska home for almost 20 years. Shane has worked in the kitchens of Glacier Brewhouse, Sacks Cafe and Spenard Roadhouse, where he was the Executive Chef for six years. Shane loves experimenting with fresh Alaskan ingredients, especially seafood and vegetables. He creates beautiful dishes that are simple and contemporary.
Enjoy a some fantastic wines along with Chef Shane's amazing cooking in the intimate and lively atmosphere of our private dining room and chef's kitchen. Join us for a memorable evening!
