Family Feast- E Is For Ethiopian And Exciting
Saturday August 6th 1-5 at The Market Kitchen: E Is For Ethiopian Ethiopian food is exciting and complex. There's Injere, a spongy sourdough flatbread made with teff flour, vegetarian stews, and spice mixes! Learn to make a complete Ethiopian feast, and the proper way to eat it, with your fingers! Vegetarian friendly
Learn to cook an international meal together. Ages 8 and up with accompanying adult.
The $25 ticket covers TWO participants for a total of 16 persons. Please bring a knife and apron for each of you! This hands-on class is taught by Sidonie Wilson.
The class includes all prep, eating, and clean-up activities!
