Beer and Cheese Pairing at Great Raft Brewing
Cheese lovers - this one's for you. We are teaming up with our friends at Cuban Liquor again to bring you a fantastic evening of beer and cheese pairings.
This collaborative tasting on May 10 at 6 PM will pair six Great Raft beers with five cheeses from around the country in a demonstration of beer's pairing potential.
Chief Brewer Harvey Kenney will walk you through each beer and cheese pairing while Cheesemaster Krisha Iles of Cuban Liquor will discuss the background and flavor profile of each cheese.
Learn how the brewers and cheese experts pick the pairings and also enjoy some breads and other accouterments by Cuban Liquor. This is sure to be a delicious and educational experience - a not-to-miss event!
Seating limited to 50 people. Cost: $25 per person.
