We are so excited to announce that Fat Ham Pizzeria is coming to Harry's Pizzeria in Miami's Design District on Tuesday, May 17 at 7 PM, featuring food from one of Chef's best buddies in Philly, Top Chef and MasterChef judge Kevin Sbraga. Kevin popped up at Harry's Pizzeria back in May of 2012 with his flagship restaurant Sbraga and wowed guests with his modern American dishes. This time, he's bringing his take on Southern ingredients, cuisine, and culinary traditions to Miami for one night only. Get ready to pork out!

Seating is first come, first served for this family-style meal at our neighborhood American pizzeria. Making new friends is encouraged and easy when you've got a welcome cocktail in hand with four passed snacks, four courses, and four free-flowing wines for the evening, selected to play well throughout the menu. Guests will also receive a take-home gift from Kevin. All that and tax and gratuity are included in the ticket price of $150, sold exclusively here. All sales are final.
"Growing up one of my favorite dinner nights was when we had collard greens, ham, cornbread, and macaroni and cheese on the table," Sbraga says. It was exciting for me to take those dishes from my childhood, as well as ones that I tried during our road trip, and put my own twist on them at The Fat Ham."
Chef Sbraga, who has held positions in Atlanta and Philly kitchens, has also worked with renowned chefs Jose Garces and Stephen Starr, and is a B'ocuse d'Or winner. He is also winner of Bravo's Top Chef: Season 7 and an upcoming judge on FOX's MasterChef: Season 7.
Soon after taking home the title of Top Chef on Season 7, Sbraga launched his modern American restaurant in Philadelphia, Sbraga, in 2011, named one of Esquire's Best New Restaurant in 2012. The Fat Ham, opened in 2013 in Philly, serves small plates of Southern comfort food. At Sbraga & Company, which opened in 2015 in Jacksonville, Florida, Chef Sbraga serves a contemporary approach to the cultural influences of the Northeast Florida.
