Deadlock Release - Barrel Aged Dark Sour with Black Currants
ABOUT THE BEER:
Deadlock Dark Sour (7.3% ABV) is a series of barrel aged American dark sour ales that are fermented with a mixed culture of Brettanomyces, and Lactobacillus and then aged on berry fruits. For the Spring 2016 release, we chose to age this beer on black currants. Deadlock has rich notes of chocolate covered black currants and deep, barrel complexity. The Lacto and Brett provide supporting tartness and earthy wild grown fruit notes. Bottle conditioned to help the flavors evolve over the seasons.
Limited Release. Limit (2) bottles per person.
BOTTLE PURCHASE DETAILS:
Beginning on April 25th, 2016 at 12:00PM, you will be able to purchase up to (2) 750 ml bottles of Deadlock with Black Currants.
BOTTLE PICK UP DATES - April 29th, 2016 - May 30th, 2016. Bottles not picked up by May 30th, 2016 will be surrendered back to Council Brewing Co. No Refunds. No exceptions.
RELEASE PARTY:
We will be hosting a release party on Friday, April 29th, 2016 throughout the entire day (11AM-10PM). We will have a keg of Deadlock on tap this day (Tasters and 10 oz pours of Deadlock are sold separately and not included in purchase price of bottle.).
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Please use your name when purchasing the bottles. Only you may pick up the bottles. PROXIES are NOT allowed. You may not purchase bottles under another person's name. To retrieve your bottles, you will be required to show your proof of purchase (your "Brown Paper Tickets" ticket) and/or valid ID for the purchase of alcohol and to ensure your name matches to your bottle purchase. Must be 21+ years of age to purchase alcohol.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please note that we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.
SHIPPING:
Council Brewing will not ship the bottles. Bottles must be retrieved at the tasting room during regular tasting room hours.
