Family Feast- Tamales 101
Saturday June 11th 1:30-5 at The Market Kitchen: Family Feast Tamales
Cornhusk wrapped bundles of masa, plump with fillings and sauces. Tamales are the festive food of Hispanic cuisine. Let's make the masa, fillings, and sauces. Learn to wrap and steam tamales from cute corunda to fold-overs. Vegetarian friendly
Learn to cook an international meal together. Ages 8 and up with accompanying adult.
The $25 ticket covers TWO participants for a total of 16 persons.
This hands-on class is taught by Sidonie Wilson. Please bring a knife for each of you and aprons!
The class includes all prep, eating, and clean-up activities!
