First Course
Appetizer Toastie
Pumpernickel Crostini. Fresh Burrata Cheese. Prosciutto. Fermented Fennel. Roasted Grapes. Stone Ground Mustard.
Paired w/ Abel Brown - a cold brew coffee brown ale with subtle roast, chocolate character, and coffee aroma.
Second Course
Spring Salad
Grilled Apricots. Radicchio. Wild Arugula. Shallots. Dried Bing Cherries. Blue Cheese Crumbles. Toasted Pistachios. While Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Paired w/ 70 & Sunny - a citrus Belgian style Saison brewed with lemon verbena and lemon peel.
Third Course
Seasonal Entree
Garlic Confit Roasted Leg of Lamb. Minted Housemade Yogurt. Herbed Pee Wee Potatoes. Spring Garlic English Pea Puree. Caper Berries.
Paired w/ King Swirly the 2nd (our 2nd anniversary beer) - Imperial brown ale w/ chocolate, vanilla, and lactose aged in Bourbon Barrels.
Fourth Course
Sweet Tooth
Deconstructed Carrot Cake. Whipped Marscapone. Brunoise Mango. Orange Zest.
Paired w/ The Quest pale ale with Mango - single hop pale ale with Mosaic hops and Mango.
