Are you a Badass Burlesque performer with a burning desire to smash our stage? Can your style slay our audience? Are you a Drag Delinquent, a #RenegadeStripper with the passion and power to BLOW US AWAY?!

Then we want to hear from YOU!!!!

Applications are now LIVE for this year's Bristol Burlesque Festival 2016, happening 8, 9, 10 September 2016. We are searching for the most fabulous performers to come strut our stage. Applications cost £6.00 and are super easy - just make sure you fill out the form and send it off with up to date videos of your stellar act.

Oh! And dont forget the #BBF2016 mantra...

HOW TO APPLY

1. Send in your £6 application fee. (This covers admin and other costs.)

2. Be sure to enter the email you would like your application form sent to.

3. You will then receive the application form within 3 working days. If you don't receive it, please let us know at BristolBurlesqueFest@gmail.com.

4. Fill in the form, COMPLETE WITH VIDEO LINK of the act you are applying with and return it to us by 23:59 GMT 8 May 2016 with your name as the subject line.

5. Good luck and thank you for applying! We can't wait to hear from you! All performance slots are paid.

We will be accepting applications for the Bristol Burlesque Festival 2016 from 09:00 GMT 4 April 2016 to 23:59 GMT 8 May 2016.

Performance offers will be made on or by 15 May 2016. All applicants will be notified by 22 May 2016.

Please check the following criteria before submitting your application:

You should submit the ONE act you would like to perform at The Bristol Burlesque Festival 2016. If you wish to apply with more than one act, please submit additional applications, paying the £6 each time.

You must have a video link (Youtube or Vimeo or similar, no Dropbox or download links please) of the act you are submitting. Stage or studio, professionally shot or mobile phone footage are all fine.

The act should have a maximum length of 5 minutes.
Due to venue restrictions: No liquids, no fire, no aerial. Pole acts welcome.

Reasonable glitter/confetti/petal throws permitted.

Applications must be 100% complete and returned on time to be considered.

APPLICATIONS MUST BE RETURNED BY 23:59 GMT 8 May 2016
