BIRRIA: NOUN BIRRIA \BIR--Ä\ A Mexican dish of stewed meat (traditionally goat) seasoned with chili peppers,served with corn tortillas, onion, and lime. It is also reputed as a hangover remedy.
BRUNCHERIA: NOUN \BRUN(T)SH-IR--Ä\ A word we made up so we have an excuse to drink beer and eat birria on a Sunday morning!
