Dinner in the Back Room at South with Chef "Delicious" Dave Thorne
Alaskan chef, "Delicious" Dave Thorne is passionate about using local foods in delicious and vibrant ways wherever he goes. A traveling chef, he also runs a successful catering business and teaches cooking classes.
For the past eight years, Chef Dave has toured nationally and internationally as a private chef for such acts as Cirque du Soleil, Justin Timberlake and Jack Johnson. Dave worked for the last three years as a personal chef to Neil Young.
Join Chef Dave for a multi-course meal paired with some great wines.
Seating is very limited.
Gratuity included in ticket price.
