No Justice, No Peace. written and directed by Harold JAY Trotter is a social justice comedy set in the fictional town of Patterson, Texas. Maurice James, an African American male who was innocently arrested for a crime he didn't commit is being released from jail. Upon his release he returns to his hometown of Patterson. While others are excited about participating in social and racial activism, Maurice doesn't have that interest. He's on a journey to find justice and peace in his own life but on the way he definitely runs into some crazy.
No Justice, No Peace. stars Cameron Alexander making his debut performance as Maurice. Aya Washington of Shreveport, Louisiana makes her Houston stage debut as Grace, a community activist. Wayne White, Shaun Harris and Kenitra round out the supporting cast.
This show is sure to have you laughing at times, crying at others and thinking nonstop. This is a show you don't want to miss!
