What is water kefir?
Its a probiotic its a carbonated drink and you can make it at home.
Like all fermented drinks or foods (Kombucha, Sauerkraut), water kefir has many benefits; it supports gut health and boost immunity. Water Kefir has hundreds of types of organisms that repopulate the gut and boost immunity and fermentation is typically completed in 24-48 hours.
We will also have a how to on Beet Kvass. Beet Kvass is a traditional drink that contains probiotics and enzymes. It is said to purify the blood, boost energy and improve liver function.
