Culinarium: A Feast for the Senses
Culinarium is a carnival-themed evening designed by the Chicago Chapter of Les Dames dEscoffier to raise funds for culinary scholarships and our Community Outreach/Green Tables Initiative partners.

6  7:30 p.m.: Join us for festive craft cocktails, beer, wine and hors doeuvres; Carnival of the Senses games; unique silent auction and more

7:30  10 p.m.: Family-style dinner, live auction, carnival performers and music await under the Big Tent. Bring your track shoes as the festivities culminate in our legendary interactive Dessert Dash, as each table bids for world-class desserts with a carnival theme, all fabulous creations of famous (and generous!) Chicago pastry chefs.  Live auction items include a fabulous Napa Valley Wine Vacation and a Frontera Grill package donated by Chef Rick Bayless.
