Each of our classes focus on seasonality of ingredients and cooking techniques that you can easily add to your repertoire!|
This July, Sous Chef Sean Newton will teach you the cooking methods of curing and confit. Learn how cooking through preservation can unlock unique textures and hidden flavors!
After the class, you'll invite a guest to join you for a private lunch to enjoy all of the dishes you've worked hard on! Beverages from Local Three's bar are available for purchase.
