Rosemont Cooking School: Ridiculous Risotto and Perfect Paella
Join Rosemont Chef Bryan Dame for a small-scale, one-time cooking class that will inspire terrific home cooking. We'll all cook together for this one, as Bryan leads us through the steps for cooking mushroom risotto and classic paella. Once we're done, we'll all sit down to dine communally, and of course, you'll go home with recipes!
