Come explore anti-anxiety, calming and focusing strategies to leash them and unleash your creativity...then from this calm place, more fully enter the five senses to find the rich details that create believable writing.
About the Instructor:
Bob Schwartz is a storyteller and writing coach who specializes in kinesthetic writing techniques which use the body and tongue as part of the writing process.
