Mixed Media Collage Workshop
Create a collage to welcome spring. Using recycled fabrics, papers of many kinds - calendars, magazines and book pages, let your images of spring come to life!
Materials provided. No previous art experience is necessary.
Instructor: Diana Rose
Diana is a mixed-media collage artist. While growing up in Sonoma County, she immersed herself in the beauty of nature, as most of her designs reflect. In recent years she has become interested in textile design, using recycled materials such as heirloom fabrics, buttons, beads, crochets and lace. Using needle arts from the past is a wonderful way to appreciate, honor and remember our ancestors. Diana is a featured artist at the Made Local Marketplace and loves to create cards, invitations, collage story pictures and wearable art.
