Still some great seats at the door for SWAN LAKE!!
After a sparkling December debut of their all-new Port Angeles Nutcracker, we welcome back BALLET WORKSHOP in their highly anticipated full-length three act production of Swan Lake.

A tumultuous love story, set to one of the most romantic full-length scores by Tchaikovsky ever written, Swan Lake follows the tale of Odette, a young maiden, who is captured by the sorcerer, Rothbart, and turned into a white swan. One day, the Prince of a nearby Kingdom, Siegfried, decides to leave his camp and venture out into the woods alone, where he sees Odette at the lake and falls in love with her.  Tragically, the Prince is later fooled by Rothbart into choosing another maiden, the Black Swan, as his bride.  Chaos ensues, as a flood overtakes the kingdom, and the devastated Prince must return to the lake to save Odette from a heartbreaking end.

The suspense is tangible in this three act production, leaving the audience guessing to the very end what will happen to the fate of the characters! Dont miss this one day performance, featuring over 60 student dancers from Clallam County and guest ballet prodigies, 15 year-old Martina Prefontaine from San Francisco Ballet School and 19 year-old Sam Rodriguez from New York Citys prestigious American Ballet Theatre Company, in the leading roles
