Humaniversity AUM Meditation in Brighton
The Humaniversity AUM Meditation is a two and a half hour journey through the whole spectrum of human emotional aliveness. Anger, sadness, hugging, laughter, sensuality, craziness, dance, meditation and more. Created in the 1980s by Veeresh, the founder of the Humaniversity in Holland, the AUM is a great way to reboot your life, leaving you feeling clear and ready for any challenges ahead.
The AUM may not be suitable for you if you are on mood-altering medication, are pregnant, or have a psychiatric history. Please just check in with me if this applies to you - Dev.
