Taco Night
Executive Chef Chris Myers of Fresco Rooftop Restaurant & Lounge is teaming up with teens at the Goodman Community Center for a pop-up dinner! This is an excellent opportunity for our teens to work side by side with a decorated Madison Chef. This wonderful learning experience for our teens includes menu planning, meal prep and front and back of house dinner service. Proceeds from the event go directly to teen programming at GCC.
All-inclusive menu:
2 tacos Choice of Beef, Chicken, Fish or Veggie
House made Chips and Salsa
Beans and Seasoned Rice
Dessert, Choice of Sopapilla or Tres Leche Cake
Drinks - Iced Tea and Lemonade
We'll also be selling margaritas and beer for $5. The two beer options are Next Door Brewing's Weizenbock and Plumptuous Scotch Ale.
