Camaraderie Cellars Winemaker Dinner
The Resort at Port Ludlow presents an evening of food and wine: Dinner prepared by Executive Chef Dan Ratigan and wines paired by Sommelier Anne Sackett, featuring Camaraderie Cellars Winery of Port Angeles, Washington State.
Don Corson employs a rather minimalist approach to winemaking. Oak is considered the frame around the picture rather than an opportunity for an oak carving stained with wine. Camaraderie Cellars has seven vineyard partners located in five of Washington States viticulture areas (AVAs), many relationships extend over a decade.
Camaraderie Cellars values their growers as true partners and as a craft winery, Camaraderie celebrates the bounty of life found in food, wine, hearth and table and the friendships grown in their sharing.
Stay over at the Inn and enjoy a farm-to-table breakfast the next morning in the Fireside Restaurant.
Price of the Camaraderie Cellars Winemaker Dinner is $65 per person plus gratuity and tax.
