BricksInPlay's LEGO CAMP Aug 6-10

First Denver Friends Church (46th and Federal)
3-6th grades, limited to 8 students for Robotics, and 7 students for Motors, Gears, and Remote Controls.
Robotics: Has your child ever expressed interest in the Lego Mindstorms Robot? Have you ever balked at the price of a "toy" that you would be at a loss to teach them how to use? This is your perfect opportunity to "try out" the robot - really get to know how easy it is to use with our guided instruction! Build, program, and test your own Lego Mindstorms Robot design, all without the frustration of an expensive, unused "toy."
Your child can try out the robot, receive personalized instruction, and have worry free fun!
Motors, Gears, and Remote Controls: Push the limits of what you think Lego "toys" can actually handle! Can you make it go higher? Can you make it go faster? Can you make it go farther? Come put your engineering to the test! Can you win the challenge prize?
All Material and Supplies fees are rolled into the cost per day.
Please sign up for ALL 5 DAYS!
Cost is $30.00* per student per day for the Motors/Gears,
and $40.00* per student per day for Advanced Robotics. Please choose one or the other (both classes will run at the same time, but will address different skills and use different "tools").

***Please send a light snack with your child and arrive for pick-up a few minutes early to view and photograph your child's creations.
